ABOGADOS SUCESIONES: TESTAMENTO POR ACTO PÚBLICO.
El sordo, el mudo y el sordomudo, no pueden testar por acto público.
El ciego puede testar por acto público. El escribano pariente del testador en línea recta en cualquier grado que sea y en la línea colateral hasta tercer grado de consaguinidad o afinidad inclusive, no puede concurrir a la redacción del testamento. El testamento por acto público debe ser hecho ante escribano público y tres testigos residentes en el lugar.
